i'm reminded of (i think) dana carvey's character on SNL who's tag line was "in my day we didn't <fill in the blank>. AND WE LIMED IT THAT WAY." but it's clear i've become an old dad because i agree with everything you just said. replaceable batteries. audio connections that worked without having to futz around with apple car or android auto. being able to use your phone one handed. what happened to us? we were once a great people.
