What I have learned so far structured water is not same as ez water by Pollack.
With structured water the idea is that single water molecules are somehow capable of forming clusters. These clusters are said to be able to hold electromagnetic charge. When “structuring” by physically forcing water through spiral geometries etc (various methods) these clusters are said to get broken.
As far as I have seen the claims of water having memory are based in these clusters, which supposedly even look like neural networks.
But I haven’t seen any real evidence for this stuff. Just wanted to say that in this article they seem to confuse two entirely different concepts.
