It's nothing more than a stunt to further skew public opinion/rile people to support him backing out from the deal.
This is unlikely to change the outcome when the case finally goes to court since he waived his rights to due diligence.
- prirun 4y agoAnd what's completely stupid is, the public's opinion doesn't matter at all on this. Does he think the judge is going to take a public opinion poll to decide the case? Sheesh...
