Advice for Less Experienced Software Engineers in the Current Tech Market
- joeyhage 4y ago"Apply to local companies, not just remote ones." This should be emphasized more. I have a remote-first job but at a local company. The best of both worlds in my opinion because I can be in the office when I want and have the flexibility I want. I also think local companies with less than 500 employees are more likely to care about location than larger businesses.
