A warning label: This is an observational, epidemiological study, not a randomly controlled trial. As they are not experiments, such studies are far more vulnurable to confounds and so provide greatly weaker evidence for causation than an experiment. They are therefore good for identifying areas where (expensive) experiments should focus, but bad at yielding causal links clear enough to drive public health policy. Whether they are clear enough to change your personal health policy is up to you.
