Rust builds are on the slow side, and this is what I do most on this machine… but to be honest, I just ran some comparisons against the 2019 machine I have at work and they don’t /feel/ that different. I don’t see a great reason to spend several $k on a maxed out machine from 2022 and replace it… And I kinda like the feeling of holding onto this “old” cool machine.
