I think monkeypox vaccine production is ramping up now and doses should appear soon. It is far far less infective than Covid, it can be spread via kissing and intercourse, but does not seem to be be exhaled into the air = no breathing mechanism, but spitting/sneezing can do it as that carries alarge amount of saliva.
