This doesn’t sound like a realistic way to live your life. For me, I have realized that I need to do many things that are hard/boring, and the key to motivating this action is by focusing on the completed product (“looking forward to where I’m going”) as opposed to enjoying every second of the activity (“moment by moment satisfaction”).
