- ramraj07 4y agoFeynman didn’t have a ton of other options back in the day. If you’re truly smart today, the smartest thing to do is join tech or go into finance. Will be a millionaire in a few years. If you can’t pay the smartest minds to do science competitively you’ll only get people who are not as good or were stuck with their decisions for a bunch of reasons.
