My understanding from reading the Wikipedia article[1] is that it’s a marketing-specific suite for analytics and competitive ad-buying. As a layperson, I’m understanding it as something like a bidding system for ad space, combined with analytics specifically tailored to that, and designed to be highly interactive/fast paced.
