Ask HN: What are you doing to get Fridays off? (4-day work week)
- sebastianconcpt 4y agoI negotiated that as condition to getting hired.
- AnimalMuppet 4y agoMy place just instituted the option of working 4 10-hour days instead of 5 8-hour days. I could do that to get Fridays off... but I won't. I'd love to have Fridays off, but not at that price. 8 is about all I can stand.
- readonthegoapp 4y agoyeah, four 10s is not possible. i was hoping folks at my work would just 'get it' and make sure nothing was scheduled to be done, or actually done, on Fridays. i'm trying to step lightly for various reasons. not really working so far.
- treis 4y agoI WFH and just don't do anything on Fridays.
