    But that's not generally what news anchors do - frequently they go in with a pre-established narrative; and whether or not they are agreeable or combative will depend upon that narrative. Joe pokes the bear with his genuine (yet curious) ignorance, and listens to some very smart people with a child like wonder as they respond.
