- Flankk 4y agoIt is a good message that people need right now. Science was always meant to be questioned. Scientific inquiry and peer review is built upon asking questions. Before science, all we had was blind trust in authority. People must not make the mistake in thinking science is the new authority. It is merely a system. A system that happens to be rife with corrupt publishers and conflicts of interest. Science works when it is honest and rigorous. That is a big assumption to make given human nature and the massive corporate incentives.
