I initially wanted to answer that a lot of the non tech people in my network complain about bureaucracy and crap in their jobs. Busy work, regulations, Bullshit politics, inhumane work expectations and customers from hell. But I have to admit I can't parse your comment and create coherent meaning from it. So I don't know if I would agree or disagree with you.
