Over here is a NTIA filing, with some current bufferbloat related working latency data for starlink, dsl, 5G, and fiber in the appendix.

We have many tools now - that you can run yourself - showing the real working latency problems 0 in flent.org, waveform, and now ooka, publications like the recent BITAG latency reports, and so many IETF standards like rfc8034 (docsis pie), rfc8290 (fq_codel), and somehow got more folk to deeply read and understand things like rfc7567 (published 2015!!!)...
If we could just, somehow, stop focusing on "Bandwidth" as the sole indicator of network quality and stop subsidizing that for a while, and instead encourage deployments of those standards across all our link technologies... and the internet would get better for everyone. Really.
Watching this, and other RDOF fights... I'm always reminded of the scene in life of brian where various competing factions decimate each other, instead of taking on the Romans.
Providing a steady, consistent, not bufferbloated, low rate of service is way more desirable for voip, web, and videoconferencing traffic.
