I think it's the exact opposite. They seem to have too many customers. Adsl isn't comparative speed wise. I find it interesting the 10€ per 100GB and the discount by 50€. So if you have the same €100 euro budget then you can buy 750GB now vs unlimited before. This presumably might indicate that their average unlimited user uses more than or equals to 750GB which is a bit above domestic average in Europe, but not much.
