IMHO a discussion of meditation without the word suffering or Buddhism seems a little... cult of personality or, and I hate to use the term, a little culture-appropiation-ish.But I guess that's the author's prerogative. The blog/book it's self going into more depth about those things. I'm just curious why this review doesn't even touch those ideas at it's significant length (>6000 words).
