I would not like to have to interact with an "IT" department for my personal email. I would not like my email service to store the required personal information to prove who I am. I would not like to give away personal information to some poorly trained stranger / I would not want to pay whatever the ridiculous cost it is to have 1000s of people employed for this completely automatable job - I don't want to live in Japan.
