Ask HN: Do I have any rights to data uploaded to cloud providers?

I'm thinking about getting a paid subscription to one of the big techs cloud storage (Google, Amazon, Dropbox, Flickr etc.) In the past I've had my Amazon photos account locked and data deleted, and there was 0 recourse (as a Prime member). I'm wondering if the same is true for all the other companies? It seems crazy to pay for storage with no guarantee of its reliability or safety.
