Hate buying clothes online; have to return 80% for fit/color. Don't like buying books online; sick of getting new books with mashed corners. Don't trust buying food online; frequent past-dating and damage. I can't think of any offline shopping experience that is bad enough that I would seriously prefer doing it online, unless it's to avoid a drive across town.
