How else would stories like this reach the hoi-polloi, if not for media covering their press releases?

Media is not scarce. I've never even heard of Free Think.
- pradn 4y agoI criticize not science/engineering journalism itself, but uncritical regurgitation of press releases and overly focusing on some institutions. Website space is infinite but space on the front page is not, and space on newsfeeds is not.
