Purely anecdotal, but in terms of who says the most heinous racist shit, it is generally 1) Unabashed racists 2) card-carrying anti-racists The irony is that despite group (2) generally being far more educated than group (1), (1) generally has the self awareness to know what they're doing and be proud of it for some reason, but the (2) group generally isn't even aware of what they're doing, or that they're being racist - see for example, how "whiteness" is thrown around on SJW twitter threads.
