- thegrimmest 4y agoThis would imply that everyone has a similar capacity and willingness to learn, and that a capable IC's time is best-spent mentoring and documenting. I'm not sure these things hold true all the time.
- imwillofficial 4y agoNot all the time, but often enough to be good advice for the large majority of the time. If the place is on fire? Maybe not. The rest of the time? Spreading that knowledge is a force multiplier.
