Not incoming to gmail; going out to other domains.

  Ah, apologies I misunderstood. Outbound email from gmail appears to work for me. Perhaps google's servers are having trouble reaching the domain you are sending to or maybe a specific cluster you are connecting to are having an issue. Does your domain look ok in the EDNS tester [1] and in the delegation tester? [2] Refresh the delegation tester a couple times as their timeout is really short.
