- techdragon 4y agoAmazingly they managed to become more rent seeking than the titular “rental property” industry from which the behaviour is named. Since property rental is usually heavily regulated with a lot of obligations placed on them to support the customer and prevent the renting owners from doing whatever they want with their property.
