I think you have missed my point: If you build nuclear YOU can't pass the costs on. So YOU will pay them. So YOU will go bankrupt. Then the nuclear power stations will close and the coal guy will expand his plants. That is how this works. So you either need everyone to change how it works, globally (good luck with that), or you just have to operate within the system as is.
