"hello world" - win xp 32 bit, sun jdk 6:
public static void main(String[] args) throws Exception {
Thread.sleep(10000);
System.out.println("hello world");
}
Heap - 5M, Used heap - below 2M. All defaults.
(the "sleep" is there to have time to connect Java VisualVM)
- democracy 15y agoSorry, I missed you are talking about "'hello world' web app", anyway there is no such thing a 'hello world' web app, there are very different application/web servers out there and you can't obviously compare jetty vs built-in jdk 6 com.sun.net.httpserver.HttpServer and WebSphere.
