I hate this BS lately with CEOs claiming it's "on them" and "their bad decisions" as if that somehow makes it all okay. There is NEVER any repercussions for CEOs when they fire/lay off no matter how many people. So if it's on you, how about YOU lose your job? No? Oh well then.
