Here has been my plan to teach myself through exercises: 1. Position of first X character (i.e. index of first quote) 2. Count X character 3. Count XX substring 4. Find all occurrences of X character 5. CSV parsing? Or JSON parsing? I feel like once I go through these I'd have a decent understand and the steps seem reasonable.

    Basically allow for simple regex like treat an * to look for a repeating sequence of the proceeding character or ? To look for 0 or 1 chars
