- Ekaros 4y agoWhy don't they target income? Or wealth. Would just seem fair that candidate must have less than median wage or net wealth in past let's say 3 years.
- oneoff786 4y agoSocioeconomic diversity is almost certainly the best way to improve societal outcomes. But it’s hard to track and is less outwardly visible.
- oneoff786 4y agoOk? Some diversity hiring efforts are hardly an outrage.
