Maybe I am misunderstanding this comment, but is it a common occurrence for realtors to sell properties they don’t own?
- tzs 4y agoBy "sell properties they don't own" he was referring to the case where a non-realtor property owner wishes to sell but doesn't want to deal with conducting the sale themselves, and so hires a realtor to sell the property for them for a commission.
