- gruez 4y agoYou don't even need to buy instapot. Roasting/baking is just as easy (especially if you have a thermometer), and most people probably already have a oven/toaster oven at home. The high temperatures that can be achieved with an oven is a plus as well, because that means you can get browning (maillard reaction) that you can't get with a pressure cooker.
