    Interesting. So you'd prefer all the "great ideas" to come from a select few in the C-suite?

      I’d flip that statement. The c-suite should be world class product visionaries and executioners who lead with the great ideas.

      I think this is a sign that the leadership is "just now" realizing good ideas come from the bottom and has been listening to the wrong voices.
