I had an eye surgery for strabismus when I was 5 or 6. They tightened some of the eye muscles. I was seeing everything rotated initially, and over a few weeks the angle gradually went from about 30 degrees back to zero. I guess it was because the muscle adjustments resulted in my eyeballs getting rotated.
