If this 'AI Algorithm' does indeed have predictive value, you can see the temptation for governments to use it. In fact, you might argue that the government might have the obligation to do so - imagine if you could minority report a future mass shooter - you would have to do something surely? Thankfully we have democracy to protect us from state overreach
