I would like to have a null browser as default on every device. When opening a link it would only show a popup telling you what app tried to open what link and it gives you the option to choose what app/browser to open it or just to copy it. On mobile it would also have a share button. It would be a completely offline app. Just these features, nothing more. Edit: actually it sounds like a good first Android app...
