Wouldn't it make investing in copper miners a good idea? Currently the ETF (https://www.globalxetfs.com/funds/copx/#performance https://www.globalxetfs.com/funds/copx/#performance) is at 7.5 P/E, while some of the individual companies can be had at 4 P/E.
