Kate Reid, former Formula One aerodynamicist, engineered the perfect croissant
- ggm 4y agoI've the great fortune to live within walking distance of Lune Brisbane. They are very good croissants. The queue mania has died down now, I'm unsure if the two stores in Melbourne are still insta-famous the queue in 2020 was silly. I wish they did brioche with lump sugar crust as well. Can't have 'em all I guess.

- ggm 4y agoThey're very well done. Quite light and crisp with a fluffy aerated interior which tastes buttery. They're not cheap and I have felt unable to test their propensity for flight. So I cannot speak to their lift/drag ratio. After eating two, I am most definitely not aerodynamic.
