  There's something this article doesn't mention: such drivers go full retard when it rains, and you don't want to be on the same roadway as them when it snows.

  Almost everyone says that they'e an above average driver - I don't know a lot of statistics, but I know that aint right. Who's going to admit being a bad driver and still drive? Edit: typo
