The results so far are encouraging: Weekday ridership has stabilized after declining for years, and is up about 10 percent on Saturdays and more than 30 percent on Sundays." In other news water is wet. The catch-22 with transit has been known for half a century. Declining riders = fewer $$$ = fewer routes = declining riders. The only way to stop this is with investment to increase schedules. Yet riders are blamed for not using it.
