I don't think the numbers you posted disagree with what he said at all. If you make abortion illegal at the 13th week with exceptions for the next two trimesters for rape/incest/fetal viability/health of the mother you end up with 96% of currently performed abortions would still be legal. So I'd like to make abortion illegal after the 13th week is totally compatible with I'd like abortion be legal in most cases.

Yeah but that’s not what a lot of states that want to ban abortion are doing. Edit: honestly, I don’t care. I’m too tired to argue minutiae. Goodnight.
