Wondering how in compares with Imba.io … which is the first way I heard of virtual DOM. I vaguely remember watching Imba demo videos and being astonished to discover that, despite the playback controls, they were _not_ videos but rather fully interactive and you could edit them on the fly. Imba seemed amazingly performant at the time, but then I never had a project the could really use it (except one the sunsetted before I could make major alterations to it).
