- politelemon 4y agoWell of course they're going to say that. It is in their best interest to spin fabrications and resist attempts at opening up their jailgarden. Nothing unique about it either. It is something that Google and Microsoft do when met with regulations. All that matters is how much ~legal bribery~ lobbying muscle they have. You will excuse my cynical take, I've been seeing this for years and it's just a regular news cycle at this point.
