Clearly a business dispute.
So not just the Sheriff but a Judge or Magistrate is dirty too.
What does that say for that jurisdiction?

- metadat 4y agoI'm sure Carlos Bolanos will still get full pension, even despite her gross abuse. Why isn't a clean exit a requirement to collect pension? It should be forfeited when they step way out of line. Messed up incentives, this may be fully calculated on Carlos' end.

- metadat 4y agoYou are mistaken. Pensions typically pay out at a fixed rate until you die, and even then your spouse can continue collecting until they also die.
- tinus_hn 4y agoWhat does that have to do with who’s paying for it? It’s like an insurance, you put money into it and then depending on circumstances get money out. It’s not a handout and not granting it would be theft.
- metadat 4y agoSure. I just don't like when abusers get away with it and suffer no meaningful consequences.
