I'm familiar with French censorship, and I read the Democratie Participative journal by simply using north-American DNS providers like QuadNine or the Cloudflare one (1.1.1.1).
Foreign VPNs also work too.
- nabogh 4y agoNever heard of that site. Any more info on it? Hard to find an English source and my French is not great. The DDG result for the page has swastikas which gives me an idea at least.
