You are wrong. You aren't going to find "sim card" on a car's spec sheet for the same reason you wouldn't find "lug nut". It's a component. If a vehicle has any sort of telematics, and/or an emergency assistance feature, it's got cellular data connectivty. That includes the Prius you mentioned, and a a boatload of other Toyota vehicles.
