Why would Github take down a day? The whole point of git is that it's a decentralized VCS. If Github goes down, you lose the actions, that sucks. But anybody in the office can make their clone of the repo into a remote that you can all share for the rest of the day. Or just keep your stuff on a local branch and push tomorrow.
