companies who rely on web ad postings to recruit probably don't have the sharpest management. I think this may be just more a result of the fact that everyone is trying to jump on the bandwagon again and there are some clueless companies that don't know what they are looking for and just decide they need a mythical candidate who can do everything for them. I'd be interested to know if these are real software dev companies or just companies who "need someone to do their website"
