A friend and I compared my $30 wired headphones to a pair of airpods. They of course has a lot of extra features, but my both of us agreed that my headphones had better audio quality. Now, I didn't buy them for the audio but for the fact that I lose things constantly. I can't have $100 headphones despite any quality of life improvements that they bring. I will never buy a phone without a 3.5mm jack.
