I went through the app, and I've answered like 30 questions now on food storage/safety and it feels like I'm taking a tedious course. Weird. Is that all it is

  So far the best thing in the burger course was learning how to deglaze, I never knew that trick. The questions on types of cheeses or how to cut an onion were weird and felt wrong. (What about the easy root method for cutting?!)
